Our Yoga teacher training courses take place according to the ancient Indian education system. After completing our 200-hour yoga teacher training in India, you will receive certification for the same, which is also recognized by Yoga Alliance International.
HOW TO BECOME A YOGA TEACHER
The first step on your journey towards becoming a yoga teacher is to follow a basic and intermediate yoga teacher training course. Hatha Yoga teacher training creates an important foundation for you to start your journey as a yoga teacher. In this course, you will learn all the necessary skills to start teaching yoga professionally. This course will help you to understand the principles of teaching yoga, how to instruct, adjust, correct, modify and structure a comprehensive class and sequence.

- Balancing the Panch Kosha (Panch- Mahabhuta or Five Elements)
- 10 Pranayama ( Basic and Intermidiate and advance)
- Chakra Sadhna
- Power Yoga suryanamaskaar
- Strengthening, core muscles and Flexibility Xow
- Yoga Philosophy( Origin & according to Patanjali and its nature)
- Development of yoga in different ages
- Introduction of Swar Yoga
- Introduction of Dynamic Pranayama
- SHATKARMA ( Basic and Intermediate ) Shatkarmas, Yogic purification of the body )
- 10 Mudras ( Ancient understanding and Benefits)
- Surya Namaskar
- Understanding Ancient way with Mantras and Five elements of the body
- Patanjali Sutras
- Importance of yoga in different stages of life
- Introduction of Mantra Yoga
- Practice of Chakra Sadhna
- 50 Yoga Asana ( 20 basic, 20 Intermediate , 10 advance) (Anatomy, Alignment, Benefits and Perfection)
- 10 Meditation Techniques ( Basics Intermediate and Advance)

Course Structure
- 7 Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- 8 hours each on Saturday and Sunday with complete access to regular classes for 50 days on Weekdays.
- Weekday 3 classes are mandatory
- Either 2 hours / 3hours sessions can be taken based on your availability and comfortability.
- Last One Week Yoga Retreat 19th September to 25th September
- A Yoga retreat ideally involves traveling to a place that is surrounded by natural beauty.
- Relax your body, mind, and soul by practicing yoga and meditation.
